Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

Quindaria is run by a Spanish self-employed operator trading as Quindaria, C. Geranio 27, 29649 Mijas (Málaga), Spain. Full identity details are in the Legal Notice. Write to us at hello@quindaria.com.

These terms apply when you create an account or buy a plan. If you don't accept them, don't use Quindaria.

Who can use Quindaria

Quindaria is built for teachers and trainers. Anyone can open a free account — there is no waiting list. You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your login details to yourself.

We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The institutional discount works differently: to claim it, give an email address from your institution. We check it by hand before applying the discount.

Plans and prices

• Free — 1 course and 2 generations in total, so you can try it.
• Lite — €19.99 per month. 3 courses. Fair-use limit of 10 new activities per day.
• Pro Annual — €129 per year. 5 courses, with 1 course swap per slot per year.
• Extra-course add-on — €29, a one-off payment. It does not renew.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. We may change prices for future periods; we'll tell you before your next renewal, and the price you are already paying stays until then.

Renewals and cancelling

Paid plans renew automatically — monthly for Lite, yearly for Pro Annual — until you cancel. Cancel whenever you want from the billing portal in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account goes back to Free.

Your 14 days to change your mind

As an EU consumer you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it. Here is how we handle it:

• You haven't generated anything yet: tell us within 14 days and we refund the full amount.
• You have already generated activities: you asked us to start the service straight away, so we refund the amount minus the part you have used.

To withdraw, email hello@quindaria.com and say so. No form needed. We refund to the same card you paid with, within 14 days of receiving your request.

AI writes it, you check it

Quindaria generates activities, projects, exams and rubrics with AI. AI makes mistakes. Review every activity for accuracy and suitability before you use it with students.You stay responsible for the final material and for following your institution's rules and accreditation requirements.

What you make is yours

Use the materials you generate however you like. We claim no ownership over them.

Two things to keep in mind. AI output can resemble other content, so run your own originality checks if that matters to you. And you must have the right to upload whatever material you give us.

Fair use

Use Quindaria to design legitimate learning activities. Don't use it for inappropriate, hateful, explicit or illegal requests, and don't try to extract or copy how the tool works. We may refuse a request or close an account over it.

What we are responsible for

We provide the service as it is, and we work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will never fail or that every generated activity will fit your course. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for how the generated content ends up being used. Nothing here removes the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you before it applies. Spanish law governs these terms, and the courts of Málaga (Spain) are competent — though as a consumer you keep the right to go to the courts of your own country of residence.
